ED Attaches Rs 54.85 Crore Assets in Gensol Group PMLA Probe

• The ED has provisionally attached assets worth Rs 54.85 crore belonging to entities linked to the Gensol Group under the PMLA, 2002.
• Attached assets include a luxury apartment valued at Rs 40.57 crore in DLF Camelias, Gurugram, registered under M/s Capbridge Ventures LLP, a Gensol Group company.
• Bank balances totaling Rs 14.28 crore from various Gensol group companies have also been attached.
• The investigation stems from EOW Delhi Police FIRs against Gensol Engineering Ltd, BluSmart Fleet Pvt Ltd, Go Auto Pvt Ltd, and promoters Anmol Singh Jaggi and Punit Singh Jaggi.
• Accused allegedly diverted loan funds from IREDA, PFC, and Toyota Financial Services India Ltd, meant for electric vehicle expansion, for other business activities and personal enrichment.
