ED Attaches Rs 54.85 Crore Assets in Gensol Group PMLA Probe

  • The ED has provisionally attached assets worth Rs 54.85 crore belonging to entities linked to the Gensol Group under the PMLA, 2002.

  • Accused allegedly diverted loan funds from IREDA, PFC, and Toyota Financial Services India Ltd, meant for electric vehicle expansion, for other business activities and personal enrichment.
