• The service promises zero commission for drivers and eliminates surge pricing, ensuring all payments go directly to the 'Sarathi' (driver).
• Bharat Taxi is envisioned as a unified mobility platform offering two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and four-wheelers, with a focus on driver ownership and welfare.
• Drivers will receive personal accident insurance of Rs 5 lakh and family health insurance of Rs 5 lakh, along with retirement savings and a dedicated support system.
• The platform also includes initiatives like "Sarathi Didi" and "Bike Didi" to promote women's empowerment among drivers and ensure safety for women riders.
