Delhi HC Rejects Lalu Yadav's Plea to Quash CBI FIR in Land-for-Jobs Case
•
Delhi High Court dismissed former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav's plea to quash the land-for-railways jobs case.
•
Yadav's plea argued the investigation was initiated without sanction under Section 17A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.
