IMD Warns of Fresh Rain, Snowfall in Himalayas, North India Due to New Western Disturbance

• A new western disturbance will bring rain, snowfall, and dense fog to parts of India from February 9.
• Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand to experience rain and snowfall between February 9-11.
• Dense fog warnings issued for Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Assam, Meghalaya, north Tamil Nadu, and coastal Andhra Pradesh.
• Fog could disrupt road, rail, and flight services, especially in eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
• Delhi NCR to see partly cloudy skies, mist, and stable temperatures; air quality may be affected by slower winds.
