Father, Stepmother Arrested for Brutal Murder of 4-Year-Old in Lucknow

• Four-year-old Arnav brutally murdered by his father Bhishma Kharbanda (35) and stepmother Ragini Kharbanda (30) in Lucknow's Chowk area.
• The couple was arrested following a complaint by the child’s maternal grandmother, Sudha Kashyap, from Unnao.
• Child's body found in the veranda with severe injury marks, blue bruises, and burn marks on the feet, indicating brutal beating.
• The complainant accused Bhishma and Ragini of killing the boy out of greed for property; the biological mother died years ago.
• Police recovered a broom, wiper, kitchen knife, scale, belt, and rope, allegedly used in the crime, and are questioning the couple.
