• A 25-year-old married woman, Kalpana, was shot at a Gurugram club on MG Road after rejecting a marriage proposal.
• The incident occurred on the night of December 19/morning of December 20; Kalpana informed her husband via call.
• Accused Tushar alias Jonty (25) had befriended Kalpana six months ago and repeatedly proposed marriage despite her being married.
• Tushar, along with his friend Shubham alias Johny (24), was arrested from Baraut, Uttar Pradesh, by the Crime Branch.
• Tushar confessed to shooting Kalpana after she rejected his proposal again at the club.
