Jharkhand Air Ambulance Crash: 7 Dead as Aircraft Loses Contact in 23 Minutes
•An air ambulance operated by Redbird Airways Pvt Ltd crashed in Simaria, Chatra district, Jharkhand, killing all seven on board.
•The aircraft took off from Ranchi airport at 7:11 pm on Monday (February 23) and lost communication and RADAR contact 23 minutes later.
•The Directorate General of Civil Aviation reported the loss of contact approximately 100 NM South-East of Varanasi after establishing contact with Kolkata.
•The deceased include pilots Captain Vivek Vikas Bhagat and Captain Savrajdeep Singh, patient Sanjay Kumar, Dr Vikas Kumar Gupta, paramedic Sachin Kumar Mishra, and attendants Archana Devi and Dhuru Kumar.
•The patient, Sanjay Kumar, was being airlifted to Delhi for better treatment after sustaining 65% burn injuries.
