PM Modi Unveils ₹10,601 Cr Assam Fertiliser Plant, Boosts NE Economy

  • PM Modi laid the foundation stone for a ₹10,601 crore AVFCCL ammonia-urea plant in Dibrugarh, Assam.
  • The facility, Assam Valley Fertiliser and Chemical Company Ltd (AVFCCL), will be commissioned by 2030.
