Pune land deal: Original sale deed, PoA recovered from accused Tejwani

• Pune EOW recovered the original sale deed and Power of Attorney from arrested accused Shital Tejwani in a land deal linked to Parth Pawar.
• Tejwani, who held the PoA for 272 original land owners, had her bank accounts frozen by the EOW.
• The land, valued at ₹1,800 crore, was allegedly illegally sold to Parth Pawar’s Amadea Enterprises LLP for ₹300 crore.
• Sub-registrar Ravindra Taru was arrested and remanded for facilitating the sale deed despite knowing the land belonged to the government.
