• The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has also challenged his bail in a related money laundering case.
• The top court directed Saumya Chaurasia, re-arrested in the scam, to approach the Chhattisgarh High Court for bail.
• Chaitanya Baghel was granted bail by the High Court in two cases, noting his role was "significantly lesser" than other accused already on bail.
