• Accused posted edited videos, AI-generated fakes, and content falsely depicting UAE under attack, aiming to create panic and confusion.
• The 35 individuals were divided into three groups based on the nature of their misleading posts, with some praising enemy military activities.
• Offenders face a minimum of one year in prison and fines up to 100,000 Dirhams (AED) for harming national security and public order.
• This action comes as Iran also arrested approximately 500 people for sharing sensitive information during the conflict.
