• The accused, four doctors from 'Study Hub Palace', promised admission to Orenburg State Medical University.
• While ₹7.69 lakh was paid to the university, ₹15.39 lakh was pocketed by the doctors.
• Sandesh Vilas Phadtare filed a complaint after realizing the admission was incomplete and he had been cheated.
• A case has been registered at Ramnagar Police Station against Dr. Ashish Patra, Dr. Shubham, Dr. Rakesh Singh, and Dr. Mayank Raj.
