Kalyan East Traffic Changes from Jan 22 for New Bridge Construction

• Traffic route changes in Kalyan East will be implemented from January 22 due to the demolition of an old bridge at Khadavali Naka on Pune Link Road and the construction of a new one.
• Vehicles from Pune Link Road heading towards Vitthalwadi Railway Station and Shriram Chowk cannot enter Anand Dighe Chowk and Smashanbhumi Chowk; they will be diverted via Anand Dighe Flyover and Samrat Chowk.
• Vehicles from Shriram Chowk and Vitthalwadi Railway Station towards Khadavali Naka or Chakan Naka are restricted from Shriram Chowk and will use Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Entrance, Shantinagar (Ulhasnagar), and Samrat Chowk.
• Light vehicles and Kalyan East residents going to/from Kolsewadi Police Station, Vitthalwadi Railway Station East, should use internal roads like Katemanivali Bridge, Hanuman Nagar, Chinchpada Road, and Hundred Feet Road.
• Directional signboards will be installed by KDMC and Thane City Police to inform citizens about these traffic regulations, which begin at 12:01 AM on January 22, with exemptions for essential services.
