BJP to get Mayor in Shinde Sena-led civic bodies after 1.25 years, but Mumbai different

• Shiv Sena sources, however, refute this, stating they will get the mayoral post for one and a quarter years in Mumbai, likely in the second half of the term.
• Nominations for various committee chairpersons in Mumbai Municipal Corporation were filed, with Shiv Sena (Thackeray faction) not filing, leading to unopposed elections.
