•Usha Maruti Bhiungade's suspicious death on Monday, the 16th, prompted a parallel investigation by the Local Crime Branch.
•CCTV footage and mobile tower data revealed grandson Prem Parshuram Bhiungade entered her flat at 8:45 AM and left within 30 minutes.
•Prem, 20, confessed to the crime, admitting he killed his grandmother for an extravagant lifestyle.
