Eris Lifesciences Q3 Profit Jumps 19% to ₹100 Cr, Revenue Up 10%

•Eris Lifesciences reported a 19% year-on-year increase in net profit, reaching ₹99.7 crore in Q3.
•Revenue from operations grew 10% YoY to ₹807 crore during the December quarter.
•EBITDA rose 11% YoY to ₹282.3 crore, with the EBITDA margin marginally improving to 35%.
•The company demonstrated steady operating performance supported by healthy growth in revenue and profitability.
•Eris Lifesciences is set to acquire the remaining 30% in Swiss Parenterals for ₹423 crore.
