Indian Hotels Q3 Profit Soars 50%, Revenue and EBITDA Show Double-Digit Growth
- •Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) reported a 50.2% surge in net profit to ₹954.2 crore for Q3FY26.
- •Revenue increased by 12.2% to ₹2,842 crore, while EBITDA grew 11.9% to ₹1,076 crore.
- •Roots Corporation Limited (RCL), an IHCL subsidiary, acquired 51% stakes in ANK Hotels and Pride Hospitality for ₹190.47 crore.
- •Puneet Chhatwal, MD & CEO, highlighted the 15th consecutive quarter of record performance with consolidated revenue of ₹2,900 crore.
- •IHCL expanded its portfolio to 617 hotels and made strategic acquisitions under its Accelerate 2030 strategy.
