Surya Roshni's Q3 Profit Dips, Achieves Zero-Debt Status with ₹245 Cr Cash Surplus
•Surya Roshni reported an 11.4% year-on-year decline in net profit to ₹79.7 crore in Q3FY26, despite a 3.2% revenue increase to ₹1,928 crore.
•EBITDA fell 3.2% to ₹145 crore, with margins easing to 7.5% from 8% in the previous year.
•The Steel Pipes business generated ₹1,451 crore in revenue, while the Lighting & Consumer Durables segment grew 6% to ₹476 crore, driven by festive demand.
