HAL Shares Surge 3% Despite Missing FY26 Revenue Guidance
•
Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) shares gained 3% on Wednesday, April 1, after its FY26 provisional business update.
•
HAL reported ₹32,250 crore revenue for FY26, a 4% growth, missing its 8-10% guidance.
•
Growth was impacted by supply chain disruptions delaying LCA Mk1A and HTT-40 deliveries, but offset by faster ALH helicopter and engine deliveries.
•
The company's order book strengthened to ₹2.54 lakh crore, up from ₹1.89 lakh crore, driven by key Ministry of Defence contracts.
•
HAL anticipates stronger growth in FY27 and beyond due to improved manufacturing, stabilizing supply chain, and civil segment diversification.
