Iran-Israel-US War: Rice Exporters KRBL, LT Foods Shares Plummet Up To 8%

Shares of LT Foods fell 8%, Chaman Lal Setia Exports 4%, and KRBL 2% on Monday, March 2.

The Middle East is a crucial market for both basmati and non-basmati rice shipments from India.

Basmati exports to Iran were ₹4,049 crore and to Saudi Arabia ₹5,217 crore between April-November 2025.

KRBL derives 61% of its basmati export revenue from the Middle East, while LT Foods gets 9% of its FY25 revenue from the region.
