IRB Infra Shares Plunge 5% on Weak Q3 Results, Announces Bonus Issue & Dividend

• IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd shares dropped nearly 5% after reporting weak Q3 FY26 results.
• Revenue fell 7.61% YoY to ₹1,871.17 crore, and net profit plunged 96.5% YoY to ₹210.79 crore.
• Despite weak profits, EBITDA rose 1.4% YoY to ₹1,063.5 crore, and margins expanded by 600 bps to 54.6%.
• The company declared a third interim dividend of ₹0.07 per equity share for FY26, with a record date of February 19, 2026.
• A bonus issue of 1:1 (one equity share for every share held) and an increase in authorized share capital to ₹1,260 crore have been proposed, subject to shareholder approval.
