Manorama Industries Board Approves ₹500 Cr Fundraise; QIP Planned

Manorama Industries board approved raising up to ₹500 crore through various securities, including equity shares and debt instruments.

The fundraise may occur via Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) or other permissible modes, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
