Poonawalla Fincorp to Raise ₹1,000 Crore via NCD Issue

• Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced plans to issue secured, redeemable, rated, listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹1,000 crore.
• The finance committee approved the private placement of 1,00,000 NCDs, each with a face value of ₹1,00,000.
• The NCDs, classified as PFL NCD Series ‘K2’ FY2025-26, will be secured by a first-ranking pari passu charge on identified hypothecated properties.
• In case of delayed payments, the company will pay an additional 2% over the applicable coupon rate.
• Poonawalla Fincorp's AUM grew 77.5% year-on-year to ₹55,000 crore as of December 31, 2025, with ample liquidity of ₹6,450 crore.
