Sobha Q3 FY26 Profit Dips 29% Despite Record Sales Growth
- •Sobha Limited reported a 29% year-on-year decline in Q3 FY26 profit after tax (PAT) to ₹15.4 Cr.
- •Revenue fell 23% to ₹943.1 Cr, and EBITDA contracted 42% to ₹38.9 Cr, with margins at 4.12%.
- •Despite profit decline, the company achieved its highest-ever Q3 sales value of ₹2,115 Cr, a 52% YoY growth.
- •New area sold increased by 35% YoY to 1.37 million sq. ft., with an average price of ₹15,436 per sq. ft.
