Genus Power gets CTO for new Rajasthan moulding plant, eyes positive cash flow by FY27

•Genus Power Infrastructures received Consent to Operate (CTO) for its new moulding plant in Keshwana, Kotputli, Rajasthan.
•The CTO was granted on February 26, 2026, effective from February 10, 2026, to January 31, 2036, with regular production already commenced.
•The company expects operating cash flows to turn positive by FY27 as smart-meter rollout transitions from installation to operational phase.
•Joint Managing Director Jitendra Kumar Agarwal addressed investor concerns, stating upfront investment for simultaneous projects locks capital temporarily.
•Working capital intensity is projected to decline significantly over the next 12-15 months as projects move to billing and recovery.
