Jio Financial Arm Invests ₹64 Crore in Reliance International Leasing IFSC

•Jio Financial Services Ltd (JFSL) subsidiary Jio Leasing Services Ltd (JLSL) invested ₹63.94 crore in Reliance International Leasing IFSC Private Ltd (RILIPL).
•The investment was made through the subscription of 8.1% cumulative optionally convertible preference shares on a rights issue basis.
•RILIPL is a 50:50 joint venture between Jio Leasing Services Ltd and Reliance Strategic Business Ventures Limited.
•The funds are intended to support the business operations of Reliance International Leasing IFSC Private Ltd.
