MRPL Declares ₹4 Interim Dividend for FY26; Sets March 11, 2026 Record Date

•State-run Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) announced an interim dividend of ₹4 per equity share (40%) for FY26.
•March 11, 2026, is fixed as the record date for dividend eligibility, with payment by April 2, 2026.
•Net profit for the third quarter surged to ₹1,451 crore, significantly up from ₹627 crore in the September quarter.
•Revenue for the period grew 9% to ₹24,712 crore, while EBITDA increased to ₹2,784 crore with an 11.3% margin.
•MRPL shares closed at ₹187.95 on March 2, down 4.42% on the BSE.
