Rallis India Q3 Net Profit Plunges 5-Fold Due to Wage Code; Revenue, EBITDA Rise
- •Rallis India reported an 81.8% decline in Q3 net profit to ₹2 crore, down from ₹11 crore last year, primarily due to an additional gratuity provision from wage code implementation.
- •Despite the profit drop, Q3 revenue grew 19.3% to ₹623 crore, and EBITDA increased 31.8% to ₹58 crore, with margins improving to 9.3%.
- •Profit before tax (PBT) before exceptional items rose to ₹36 crore in Q3 FY26, up from ₹19 crore a year ago.
- •For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue grew 9% to ₹2,441 crore, and PAT rose 26% to ₹199 crore.
- •The company saw strong volume-led growth across crop care, seeds, and B2B segments, and launched a new herbicide, Fateh Nxt™.
Why It Matters: Rallis India's Q3 net profit fell sharply due to wage code provisions, but revenue and operational metrics improved.
