UGRO Capital to issue ₹205 crore NCDs via private placement

•UGRO Capital Ltd approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) totaling ₹205 crore through private placement.
•The issuance includes two parts: up to ₹155 crore in listed, rated, senior, secured NCDs and up to ₹50 crore in unsecured, rated, subordinated NCDs.
•The secured NCDs have a 12-month and 22-day tenure, maturing on April 18, 2027, with a 9.50% annual coupon.
•The unsecured subordinated NCDs have a tenure of up to 72 months, maturing on March 27, 2032, with a 13.25% annual coupon.
•Both instruments will be listed on BSE Limited, with an additional 2% interest applicable for payment delays.
