Tata Motors PV Shares Drop 5% Amid JLR Production Halt Reports

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (PV) Ltd. shares fell 5.3% to ₹301.7 on Friday, March 27.

Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has reportedly halted production at its Solihull plant for two weeks due to a parts issue with a supplier.
•
The shutdown is expected to impact the production of JLR's Range Rover and Range Rover Sport models.
•
This follows a previous production hit in August last year due to a cyberattack, which reportedly caused a loss of £50 million per week.
•
JLR's Q3 revenue declined 39% to £4.5 billion, impacted by reduced wholesale volumes from the cyber incident.
