Trent Board to Consider ₹500 Crore Fundraise Amidst 60% Stock Drop

Trent Limited's board will meet on March 26 to consider issuing unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹500 crore.
•
The fundraise aims to replace existing NCDs aggregating ₹500 crore, due for redemption on May 29, 2026.
•
The company reported a 2.7% YoY net profit rise in Q3 FY26 to ₹510 crore, with revenue up 14.8% to ₹5,345 crore.
•
EBITDA jumped 27.6% YoY to ₹1,081.7 crore, and EBITDA margin improved to 20.2%.
•
Trent's stock closed down 5.7% on March 23 and is nearly 60% below its October 2024 peak.
