•Actor Nayanthara and husband Vigneshwar Sivakolundu purchased a luxurious duplex apartment in Chennai’s posh Poes Garden area.
•The apartment, located in the 'Legacy' project, cost a whopping Rs 31.5 crore, as per Zapkey's property registration documents.
•The couple are now neighbours to veteran actor Rajinikanth and the late former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa.
•The 14,369 square feet property was registered on December 15, 2025, with Nayanthara holding a 90% share.
•The luxurious apartment also includes eight reserved covered parking spaces.
