• Ramadhar Prasad, a farmer from Parsauni village, East Champaran, transformed his village's destiny through flower cultivation.
• Inspired by a visit to his son's in-laws, he shifted from traditional crops like sugarcane and paddy to marigolds.
• Starting with 2 Katha, he now cultivates marigolds on 1 Bigha, turning the entire village into a flower hub.
• Other villagers followed suit, leading to flowers being supplied to nearby districts, Uttar Pradesh, and Nepal.
• His son, Pappu Ranjan, opened a flower and garland shop, further boosting the family's financial situation.
