• After placing the fraudulent orders, the employee quit within a week.
• When confronted, the employee initially returned half the shoes but later sent legal notices to the company, accusing them of harassment.
• Gully Labs, a Shark Tank India success story, has since implemented stricter backend system controls to prevent future incidents.
