CM Chandrababu's 'Population Care': Rs 25K incentive, IVF for more children in AP

• Government to offer Rs. 25,000 financial assistance at birth and Rs. 1,000 monthly support to parents.
• Subsidized IVF services will be provided in government hospitals under a PPP model, along with a Motherhood Center of Excellence.
• Warned that if the TFR decline continues, 23% of AP's population could be elderly by 2047, impacting economic growth.
• A 'Life Cycle' policy based on five pillars (Motherhood, Energy, Well-being, Skill, Sanjeevani) will assist citizens from pregnancy to old age.
