•The sacred 'Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam' ceremony, a temple purification ritual, was grandly conducted at Tirumala Srivari Temple.
•This purification is performed four times a year, preceding major festivals like Ugadi, Anivar Asthanam, Annual Brahmotsavams, and Vaikuntha Ekadashi.
•The main temple, sub-temples, Bangaru Vakili, and Balipeetham were cleaned with a special aromatic mixture of substances like Namakopu, Srichurnam, and sandalwood paste.
•During the cleaning, the Moolavirat (main deity) was covered; VIP break darshans and Ashtadala Padapadmaradhana Seva were suspended.
•TTD Additional EO Venkataiah Chowdary emphasized the ceremony's crucial role in preserving the temple's sanctity and preparing for upcoming festivals.
