HAL Declares ₹35/Share Interim Dividend, Record Date Feb 18, 2026

•Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) announced a first interim dividend of ₹35 per equity share (700%) for FY 2025-26.
•The record date for the dividend payment is February 18, 2026.
•Eligible shareholders will receive the dividend on or before March 14, 2026.
•Dividend income is taxable, and HAL will deduct TDS as per Income Tax Act, 1961.
•Shareholders can submit Form 15G/15H or other documents to KFin Technologies Limited for lower/no TDS by the record date.
