• Greater Noida Authority is launching a new residential scheme for ready-to-move flats in Sector Omicron-1A after Makar Sankranti.

• In the first phase, 90 flats of 82 square meters will be offered through e-auction, with a reserve price of 72 lakh rupees.
• Subsequently, flats of 58 square meters will be offered at a reserve price of 49.11 lakh rupees.
