Gaudium IVF IPO: Price Band Set, Rs 165 Crore Issue Opens Feb 20

• Gaudium IVF & Women’s Health has fixed its IPO price band at Rs 75-79 per share for a Rs 165 crore issue.
• The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 90 crore and an offer-for-sale of Rs 75 crore by Dr Manika Khanna.
• The public offering will open for subscription on February 20 and close on February 24.
• Proceeds from the fresh issue will fund 19 new IVF centers, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes.
• The company currently operates over 30 locations, including 7 hubs and 28 spokes, offering IVF treatment.
