Reva Diamonds Raises Rs 171 Crore from Anchor Investors, IPO Opens Feb 24

Reva Diamonds secured Rs 170.58 crore from 16 anchor investors ahead of its Rs 380-crore IPO.
•
The IPO opens for public subscription on February 24 and closes on February 26, with a price band of Rs 367-386 per share.
•
Tata India Consumer Fund is the largest anchor investor, acquiring 10.36 lakh shares for Rs 40 crore.
•
Proceeds from the IPO will fund 15 new brand-exclusive stores (Rs 286.5 crore) and marketing (Rs 35.4 crore).
•
The company currently operates 32 FOCO stores, 1 FOFO store, and 1 COCO store.
