Jamui's Jabir Ansari Wins 9th Bihar State Karate Gold, Eyes Nationals & International Glory
•Mohammad Jabir Ansari from Jamui secured his ninth gold medal at the Bihar State Karate competition in Patna.
•He has been selected to represent Bihar at the National Karate Competition in Bhopal from March 23-24, 2026.
•Jabir previously won gold at the 2025 National Karate Championship in Kurukshetra and silver at the 2017 South Asian Karate Championship in Sri Lanka.
•He has represented India in World Karate Series events in China (2018), Turkey (2019), and Egypt (2022).
•An MA Urdu student at Patna University, Jabir trains under coach Rahul Kumar at the Institute of Dynamic Martial Arts.
