BNP Paribas Acquires Rs 54 Crore Stake in Capri Global Capital from Morgan Stanley

• BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 30.78 lakh shares (0.32% equity) in Capri Global Capital for Rs 54.2 crore.
• The shares were acquired from Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) via open market transactions on February 18 at Rs 176.2 per share.
• Capri Global Capital shares rallied 3.1 percent to Rs 178.52 after the news.
• Separately, Jasub Property Holdings LLP acquired 70 lakh shares (1.82% stake) in Cohance Lifesciences from Jasti Family Trust for Rs 216.3 crore.
• Cohance Lifesciences shares surged 5.54 percent to Rs 325.85 on Wednesday.
