Cipla Forms JV with Kemwell Biopharma; Share Price Dips Marginally

•Cipla announced a 60:40 joint venture with biologics CDMO Kemwell Biopharma in India.
•The JV will focus on developing, manufacturing, and commercializing biologic products.
•Cipla and Kemwell will initially invest up to ₹10 crore in the new entity.
•Following the announcement, Cipla's share price was down 1.45% at Rs 1,332.20 on the BSE.
•Separately, Cipla (EU) Limited incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, 'Cipla Middle East Company', in Saudi Arabia.
