IRCTC F&O Contracts to Cease from Feb 2026 Due to SEBI Norms
- •IRCTC's Futures & Options (F&O) contracts will be discontinued in a phased manner starting February 25, 2026.
- •The decision follows a review under revised stock eligibility norms issued by SEBI in August 2024.
- •Existing F&O contracts for December 2025, January 2026, and February 2026 will remain tradable until their respective expiry dates.
- •SEBI's updated criteria include higher MQSOS (Rs 75 lakh), MWPL (Rs 1,500 crore), and Average Daily Delivery Value (Rs 35 crore).
