Garden Reach Shares Jump 2% on Strategic Shipbuilding MoU with Hindustan Shipyard

• Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) shares rose nearly 2% after signing an MoU with Hindustan Shipyard.
• The MoU aims to form a consortium for a large-scale, strategically significant national shipbuilding programme.
• GRSE recently secured a ₹33 crore contract from MEA for the second refit of Seychelles Coast Guard Ship PS Zoroaster.
• The company also partnered with K2 Cranes & Components for marine, defence, and shipyard cranes.
• GRSE reported a 73.9% YoY jump in Q3FY26 net profit to ₹170.8 crore, with revenue up 49.1% to ₹1,895.7 crore.
