• Lakshmi Kumari, born disabled in Jharkhand, completed her graduation in Philosophy by writing with her feet.
• Despite early poverty and her father's death, she learned to perform daily tasks using her feet.
• She received vocational training through the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM).
• She now successfully runs a food canteen at Vinoba Bhave University, known as 'Cafe Wali Didi'.
• Lakshmi also works with a disabled NGO, helping and teaching other disabled children.
