CBSE Bans Illegal Fee Collection for 10th Second Exam LOC
•
CBSE issues circular prohibiting schools from charging unauthorized fees, like tuition, during Class 10 second board exam LOC submission.
•
Reports indicate some schools demand three months' tuition fees during LOC process, which is against board rules.

•
LOC submission is in three phases: Phase 1 for student estimation (no fees), Phases 2 & 3 for changes, additions, and fee submission.
