Doctor, Engineer Clear UPSC, IAS Couple to Marry

• IAS officers Dwij Goyal (Meerut) and Anjali Garg (Chandigarh), both from the 2023 batch, are engaged.
• Dwij Goyal was transferred to the Himachal Pradesh cadre on marriage grounds to be with Anjali Garg.
• Anjali Garg, a doctor, secured UPSC rank 79; Dwij Goyal, an engineer, secured rank 71.
• The couple met during their IAS training at LBSNAA in Mussoorie.
