UP Board Offers Second Chance: Intermediate Students Can Improve Marks in One Subject

•UP Board introduces improvement exam for intermediate students, a first for 25,76,082 registered students.
•Students can take an improvement exam in one of the five intermediate subjects.
•This facility, already available in CBSE and CISCE (up to 2 subjects), aims to help students improve scores affected by various issues.
•Applications for the improvement exam will be accepted after the results are declared at the end of April.
•The board also has a compartment exam facility for intermediate students since 2020, and both facilities for high school students.
