• Known as Palan Nath Shiva Temple, it is located in Palgaon on the Mohammadi-Barwar Road and is believed to date back to the Mahabharata era.
• The Shiva Lingam was established during the Mahabharata period, and the Pandavas are said to have kept their weapons on a Shami tree in the temple complex during their incognito exile.
• The temple sees large crowds, especially during the month of Sawan and on Mondays, with devotees coming from far and wide.
• Another belief associated with the temple is that placing salt in a niche and feeding it to sick animals the next day can cure them.
